We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a return under the following terms.

⚠️ Incomplete returns (without packaging, accessories, or manuals) may be rejected or refunded only partially.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
4. How to Start a Return
Before sending back any item, you must first contact us at info@spy-shop.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm your return and provide instructions.

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

9. Refunds

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping method
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package arrives safely at our address.
